Trials in StudyTeam can be "connected" with your sponsor.  When this happens, your site shares the progress of its recruitment efforts with your sponsor. These connected trials are indicated with the following label:

How does working with a sponsor or CRO in StudyTeam help you?

When you and your sponsor/CRO choose to connect with you through StudyTeam, a few beneficial things occur:

Logs are easier.

If the study has a pre-screening or screening/enrollment log, you can complete it electronically within StudyTeam. When the sponsor wants to look at it, they can download it themselves without you needing to send them in.

Everyone is in sync about recruitment progress.

For most studies, sponsors regularly need information about recruitment progress at your site, and they typically get that info through logs and phone calls / emails with you. With StudyTeam, you can share recruitment summary information automatically with your sponsor (similar to the “Trial Reports” page). This means your sponsor stays in sync without any extra work to update them.

Site staff save time and have more informed discussions with the sponsor.

Overall, there is less time spent passing information back and forth between your site and the sponsor. And because recruitment information is shared more easily, the discussions you have can be more informed.

How do I get my sponsor connected?

If your sponsor is not using StudyTeam to manage recruitment you can select the "Invite Sponsor" button from the StudyTeam homepage to let them know about StudyTeam.

We'll work with your sponsor to get them started.
