The Trial Board is designed to help you quickly understand the state of your trial so you know where to spend your time. Patients are sorted into columns based on their Status.
When you first enter the Trial Board you can see all of your Active patients. Inactive, Completed, and Archived patients can be viewed by using the dropdown on the top right corner of the window.
The Sort button allows you to sort the columns by specific attributes.
You may also choose to filter the trial board by labels, Research Indications, or Tags. Add one or multiple to see specific patient in your trial.
As a patient moves along the screening workflow, you can move them across the columns on this board (i.e., you can drag and drop the tiles with their names from one status to another). Upon hover the definitions for each patient status will appear.
If you'd like to view your Trial Board as a table instead of columns, select the spreadsheet icon on the right side of the trial header.
If the sponsor requires a subject ID for their trial then you will be prompted to enter a subject ID by a highlighted orange or red field, depending on which stage the patient is being drag into on the trial board. Once the subject ID is provided and the checkmark is selected then the highlighted prompt will disappear. If you'd prefer to dismiss the prompt, then you can select the 'x' button, which will temporarily hide the prompt until you are ready to enter the subject ID. This same field will be highlighted on the patient profile and patient log as well. If the patient is beyond the In-Screening status, then the prompt will become red indicating more urgency. The prompt will be configured by the OneStudyTeam customer team.
