StudyTeam for Sites Visit Schedule Changes

Starting 11 September 2025, the Visit Window Calculator will be updated to a new version, the Visit Schedule. 

If you have entered dates into the calculator but have not added them to your Schedule in StudyTeam, the dates will not appear in the new version. There are a few options to maintain the dates, depending on your needs:

Schedule Your Visits:

To schedule your visits, navigate to the Visit Window Calculator and click the “Schedule this visit?” button, as shown in the screenshot below. Note the data shown is from a demo environment for a fake patient.

You will need to complete this step for each visit you’d like to schedule. 

Export the Calculated Dates

To export the calculated dates, click the “Export” button within the Calculator for any patient whose dates you’d like to reference. You will then be able to reference the calculated dates via the export. If you’d like, you can re-enter the anchor dates into the new Visit Schedule once the new version is live to re-calculate the visits in StudyTeam.
